BAKED SCALLOP POTATOES

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 6 cups thinly sliced raw potato

  • 1 ¼ cup cream of celery soup

  • 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk

  • 1 cup shredded processed American cheese

  • ½ tsp. dry mustard

  • ½ tsb. Black pepper

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • 1 thinly sliced onion

DIRECTIONS:

*Place potatoes and salt in pan, cover with water and bring to a boil

*Boil for 5 to 8 minutes, then drain

*Combine soup, milk, cheese, onion and seasoning (mix well).

*Place half potatoes in buttered 12”x7 ½ baking dish.

*Spoon half soup mixture over

*Top with remaining potatoes and soup mixture

*Bake at 450F for 30 to 40 minutes.

*Serve immediately (This recipe makes 4 to 6 servings)

 

 

*Optional: for an extra spicy note, dash a few drops of Aunt Sadie’s Pepper Sauces  TO SPICE IT UP.
