SPINACH BACON SALAD

This salad can be classified as a “Side” but for those of you who love greens can prepared as a main meal. A very light but satisfying salad for all ages. Make this recipe under 5 minutes or less

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 5 cups torn spinach or can be substituted with any fresh greens

  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion wedges

  • 4 sliced bacon crisply cooked and crumbled

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped

  • 1 cup salad dressing on the side

DIRECTIONS:

Wash vegetables and toss all ingredients. Serve salad with dressings on the side.

Alternative dressing suggestion: Blend ranch dressing with any of the following Aunt Sadie’s products….

  • Sweet Pepper Sauce

  • Manganero Sauce

  • Mustard Pepper Sauce

  • Habanero Pepper Sauce (Mild, Hot, Fiery or  Too Hot)
