SPINACH BACON SALAD
This salad can be classified as a “Side” but for those of you who love greens can prepared as a main meal. A very light but satisfying salad for all ages. Make this recipe under 5 minutes or less
WHAT YOU NEED:

5 cups torn spinach or can be substituted with any fresh greens

½ cup thinly sliced red onion wedges

4 sliced bacon crisply cooked and crumbled
-
2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
-
1 cup salad dressing on the side
DIRECTIONS:
Wash vegetables and toss all ingredients. Serve salad with dressings on the side.
Alternative dressing suggestion: Blend ranch dressing with any of the following Aunt Sadie’s products….
